Statement

The diverse means of communication and social networks have overexposed us to a fast and superficial consumption of information where the aesthetic elements are detrimental to universal values. We have the purpose to develop communicative strategies and content as a learning tool which allows the users to interact with the information in a more effective way in order to boost the development of their skills. We center on three fundamental concepts: critical thinking, creativity and emotional intelligence.

 

To encourage critical thinking to the new generations implies teaching them to distinguish the trustworthiness of a source, the origin of the information and how it can affect their lives. In a fast-paced and volatile world, we must be very careful with the information we consume. In addition, we intend to build up skills such as emotional intelligence, resilience and cooperative work that will lead us to a society where empathy prevails.

 

We need to find a way to promote more creative and empathetic spaces for each loophole in our society. Therefore, we developed social projects aligned with the United Nations 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). The Complement Group meets its purpose at the execution of these essential concepts for the welfare of the future of our community.

Working as a sound engineer has helped me develop my sensory skills and audiovisual production provided me with systemic thinking. Then, working in Advertising hand in hand with brands made me connect emotionally with people. And last, as an entrepreneur, I was able to act as a leader and add value to society.

My academic training in Economy together with my love for art and culture have widened my vision of the world. Working in foundations has helped me find the tools to generate social impact going beyond individuality. Being an entrepreneur, imparting sustainability, has been the driving force to give life to my projects and to do my bit.
